By checking the membership terms box upon registration you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
The selected membership fee will be charged to the card you register with monthly.
You may cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice to memberships@healthandbeautyboutique.com.
At time of enrollment, there is a one-time initiation fee of $50.
Montly fees are either $99 or $49 per month based on membership level, Platinum or Gold.
Membership Benefits are ONLY for the member; they are NOT transferable.
No discounts can be used together except for Brilliant Distinction points.
Benefits do not roll over into the next year.
